After three years of preparation, three months of assembly and debugging, the first set of fully automated continuous flow micro-reaction skid equipment was finally successfully developed. This complete system takes nitrification reaction as a development template, taking into account oxidation and amination reactions; length, width, and height are 5m, 2m, and 2m respectively, total weight is 3.446t, and maximum flux is 400L/h; the core reactor is made by 3M Chemtrix MR555 reaction module, Emerson automatic control system, Wanner Ha C pump, sensors and controllers imported from Switzerland. After 3 days of live trial operation, all indicators have reached the design requirements. Next, the team will carry out "beauty makeup" on the equipment, compile URS, SOP, CQA, CPP, IOP and other materials and then transport them to the Linhai Base in Taizhou, Zhejiang (the old management committee of the National API Base).
